In an environment where the pool of quality engineering skills is continually diminishing, we have invested substantially in training to build a world class workforce.
As an approved S/NVQ Assessment Centre (Cert. C2615AU), we are renowned for the quality of our apprenticeship training scheme. Through our commitment to training, the skills of each generation of engineers are passed on to the next - equipping them to meet the challenges of a new industrial environment. As well as technical training and growing co-ordination with educational establishments, reflected in SQMS and Education/Industry liaison awards, our commitment to training extends to all aspects of our operation such as computing; time management; purchasing; appraisal and customer care.
