Plant

Most of our 60 plus CNC machine tools are from Mori-Seiki; respected round the world for their accuracy and robustness and almost all our CNCs utilise Fanuc controls. This standardisation allows for great flexibility in planning and production and provides backup in the event of machine breakdown.

Our CNC Lathes utilise Renishaw probing which allows for the measurement of components in situ. This system, developed in-house, also automates the offset for finishing passes and produces computerised output for process control.
