Castle has a sustained programme of investment in new technology and systems. Today the Company has a very advanced manufacturing facility whilst retaining traditional business values.
To meet our customers' needs we take the time to understand the operating requirements of their products and engineer our methods accordingly. Engineers working directly with engineers, come up with strategies, methodologies and cost-effective processes to manufacture quality components economically.
As we value our workforce we treat them accordingly. Whilst we have a young workforce and a strong trainee programme, we value long-term relationships and normally our employees stay till retirement age and even after by mutual consent. This retention of experience helps in the development of the Company and assists in transferring skills to the next generation.
